We do not retain your personal data for longer than necessary:

Order and Invoice Data: 7 years following the financial year in which the transaction took place, in accordance with Dutch statutory tax retention obligations.
Account Data: As long as your account is active, and up to 2 years after the last activity if the account is not actively deleted.
Data Collected Based on Consent (newsletter subscription, cookies, and tracking technologies): Until the moment you withdraw your consent.
Customer Support Communications: A maximum of 2 years after the handling of the request.

We have implemented technical and organizational measures to protect your data against loss, unauthorized access, and misuse, including SSL encryption for secure communication, secure storage with reputable parties such as Shopify, and restricting access to authorized personnel. Please note that no security measure is completely impenetrable.

The Services are not intended for use by children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data about children. If you are the parent or guardian of a child who has provided us with personal data, you may contact us to request its deletion.
